Creativity and Self-Expression
4  Evenings 7-9 PM, $120. Class limit 8, (Incudes Creativity CD) 

Self judgments and feeling judged by others can interfere with our ability to be creative and and to express ourselves verbally, emotionally and artistically. Everyone has the potential to to be creative and to expand their ability to express themselves. This fun class includes guided meditation, group processes, play and some art materials. Artistic ability absolutely NOT required.
