The Chinese have been using acupressure to increase their health and well being for 5,000 years. By moving qi (life force energy) along a network of pathways with touch, breath, movement, foods and herbs, needles and imagery and intention, one can achieve balance.

The Acu Facial  and a healthy lifestyle with regular treatments can:

Whether you believe in reincarnation or not, everyone has unconscious memories that are not from this lifetime. By being open to explore the unconscious we can access experiential insights from “other lifetimes” that can move us through blocks that we experience in the here and now.

Approximate times:
10-12 Discussion, guided meditation for healing and guidance, one exploratory exercise into past lives, note taking, sharing.
12-1 Lunch and sharing.
1-2 Another exploratory exercise, note taking, sharing.
2-3 Guided exploration with one member of the group, discussion.
3-4 Last exploration with the group, note taking, discussion.

The purpose of remembering the past is to recognize beliefs and behaviors that have outlived their usefulness and let go of them!


Creativity and Self-Expression
4 Evenings 7-9 PM, $130 Class limit 8 (Includes creativity CD)

Self judgments and feeling judged by others can interfere with our ability to be creative and to express ourselves verbally, emotionally and artistically. Everyone has the potential to to be creative and to expand their ability to express themselves. This fun class includes guided meditation, group processes, play and some art materials. Artistic ability absolutely NOT required.


Dream Guidance
Five weekly evenings from 7-9 PM  $180

 

Enjoy a happier waking life by remembering and influencing your dreams. Includes discussion, techniques and conditioning to remember your dreams and develop an intuitive understanding of them.

 Self-hypnosis Dream CD or MP3 included.


Self-Hypnosis and Relaxation
4 evenings, 7-9 PM (class limited to 10) $130 includes relaxation CD or MP3

Being relaxed is good for your health!
Learn Self-hypnosis to give your unconscious
positive healing messages about stress control,
smoking, eating habits, blood pressure, etc.
This technique will help change old conditioning
and to develop your focus, concentration and memory.



Tools for Health and Well Being
Four Evenings from 7-9 PM   (class limited to 10)  $130

 

 

Learn to use techniques using breath, visualization,
self-hypnosis, acupressure points for specific conditions,
massage, focusing,mindfulness, and more.  Clear away
old patterns, integrate new tools and set a life course.
