Past Life Regression Therapy

Whether you believe in reincarnation or not, everyone has unconscious memories that are not from this lifetime. By being open to explore the unconscious we can access experiential insights from “other lifetimes” that can move us through blocks that we experience in the here and now.
Are Past Life Memories from Previous “incarnations?” Perhaps or possibly they are genetic memories or they come from other levels of reality. They could be “symbolic” or from the Collective Unconscious.
Why Remember Past Lives? To have access to insight and experiences that are not available to us in our present set of circumstances. The Higher Self selects those experiences that are most helpful.
What can help me to remember? Be open-minded and receptive. Let go of preconceived ideas. Avoid drugs, including caffeine before you come. Let go of attachment to “thinking” and simply experience your memories
What kind of preconceived ideas do people have? Many people expect visual images of a “reincarnation” that will be a complete lifetime and make sense. You may have a successful experience in which none of those elements is present.
Suppose I don’t know the answers? Since you will have had a post hypnotic suggestion to remember only helpful information, you will only have answers to the questions that are relevant. I will help keep the information flowing with questions and be there for support. You just need to relax and experience.
Will I be asleep? No. During the guided meditation you will get very relaxed, perhaps even seem to fall asleep, but it will be hypnosis, not sleep. However, when we are collecting information you will be fully conscious and aware.
Does everyone have past life memories? Everyone has information stored in the unconscious that is not from this lifetime.
Are all regressions about the same? No, they vary a lot, from exciting and emotional to sparse and mundane. Every person has the experience that they need at the time.
Does it take many sessions? A successful Past Life Regression can be done in one session. This can be useful in itself, but often people discover issues that they would like to follow up for healing and personal growth.
Why does it take 3 hours? It isn’t very difficult to recover memories. The amount of time helps to relieve the pressure of having to “get something” and gives us time to relax, prepare, remember and reflect. If we can collect information from three distinct lifetimes it is useful later in putting the information in perspective.
The time usually breaks down like this:
* Preparation: 20-30 minutes
* Guided meditation: 30 minutes
* Bathroom breaks: 5-10 minutes
* Remembering: 60-80 minutes
* Re-orientation and evaluation: 15-20 minutes
Is the session recorded? Yes. You will receive 2 CDs of your experience in hypnosis to review at your leisure. One of the preparatory meditation and one of the collected information. If you have moved on from CDs, I can provide MP3s of the recording.
